Where are you? What are you up to right now? I hope you'renot dead somewhere safe and having fun learning. I wish I could be with you to help you with your studies but it looks like I may not be able to come home [smudged out]
It's not so bad. I don't feel sick to my stomach anymore, though I still get a bit dizzy and I'm getting like auditory hallucinations and seeing lights and stuff and I can't sleep because I can like see my eyeballs glowing green even when my eyes are closed, it's hard to explain. But anyway they say my body will adjust and it will go away after a few days. Then I'll go outside, they won't be so bright and people won't be able to tell I just started.
It's not so bad,you can do it too Miss Jia Augustlight, the sister of Master Plumfall w/whom I'm staying had it done when she was forty-something, and it was easy for her. I like Jia, she's smart and doesn't take bullcrap. She reminds me of you, she's about the same age and height as you too. I hope she likes me and we can talk about magic and things, that would be fun. I guess she's shy, though. Or she doesn't like me. We haven't talked much yet.
There's an undead human who lives here too. His name is Pietro Caro and he is pretty smart and nice and laid-back, not like they say the undeads are, though of course he got kicked out of the undead city or something and is Jia's tutor now. He speaks Common which is great. I haven't really had anything to do while I was sick so I was spying on Jia's lessons, it's mostly been Orcish grammar which is not interesting to me because I don't need to learn Orcish and it's linguistics, but it was OK.
He's nice, but there's also a really creepy and smelly female undead human who is staying here temporarily (I think) and is possibly crazy. Pietro's OK because he smells fine (it sounds strange but he's a perfumer even though he has no nose???) but I really can't stand being around her. She's also insane, I think. I think Pietro plans to give her a makeover, though, so it'll be OK.
And there are also a lot of cats here.
